Buying a home is one of life’s good big moments. Whether this is your first home, your next one, or the one you’ve been working toward, you don’t need to know how any of it works before you call. An Agent Who Works for You

When you buy with me, I represent you. The listing agent’s role is to represent the seller, and mine is to look after your budget, your priorities, and your interests through every negotiation and inspection. I’ll lay out the pros and cons of each choice, and every decision stays yours. The same goes if you’d rather build. I’ll help you find and purchase land and connect you with a builder who fits what you want to create.

How it Works

1.        Start with a conversation. We talk through what you’re looking for, in person, by phone, or over Zoom. A short questionnaire then sorts your needs from your wants, so we search with focus.

2.        Get comfortable with the process. I walk you through how buying works and how an offer comes together, and I connect you with trusted lenders. Ask me anything.

3.        Search and make your offer. We tour homes and compare options. When you find the one, I write and negotiate your offer and manage the contract and contingencies with you.

4.        Close with confidence. You get a checklist of key dates, introductions to my network of trusted inspectors and title professionals, and steady guidance through closing day.
