A local partner for your relocating employees

Middle Tennessee community orientation and real estate support for employees and executives moving into the area, from the first call through settling in.

Middle Tennessee is growing quickly, and many of the people moving here for work have never visited. When you relocate an employee, a lot rides on how the move goes. Someone who lands in the wrong community, or spends months searching, arrives distracted. And every local question they can’t get answered comes back to your desk.

I take the real estate side of the move off your plate and keep you informed while I do.

What your team can expect

  • One point of contact. Your employee works with me directly from the first call to closing, and so does your team.

  • A fast response.

  • Updates on a schedule. Your employee receives a written update every Monday. Your team receives status reports at the level of detail you and your employee agree on.

  • Visits that produce decisions. Home-finding trips are planned in advance around the one or two communities that fit, so a short visit is enough.

How we start

  1. We talk. A short call about the employee, the timeline, and how you would like to be updated.

  2. I meet your employee. A consultation and area orientation, by phone, Zoom or in person.

  3. You hear from me. Updates on the schedule we agreed, through closing and move-in.

  • “She knows how to manage the process while her clients are remote. … I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her professionalism and mentorship through the difficult journey of relocating to Middle Tennessee.”
